Fully recommend Elmscroft and Emma. I saw Emma once after my chill blains became so sore I couldn’t walk pain free. I was seen promptly. I felt Emma listened and understood my problems and lifestyle, and then gave suggestions and advice that were practical, fixed the root cause, and became part of a sustainable easy routine. She also improved my knowledge of causes, triggers, dos and don’ts so I’m better informed and know what to do. I felt very supported and cared for. It was a great session and the results came so quickly. Emma has superb genuine customer focus, and her podiatry approach is on sustainable solutions - I fully recommend her!
