I own and manage a tour operator and have been a customer of Elman Wall for a few years now. I never thought about changing them: great value, an all-in solution, extra services beyond what you would expect, personal touch, a great gathering a year of clients and industry speakers/experts that I am sure does not come cheap but it is free to us, great introductions ... I could go for ever. But this year it has all taken a new meaning when we renew our ATOL license: without them it would have been impossible. We appointed Elman Wall as our accountants shortly before the C-19 pandemic hit, and I'm extremely glad we did. The quality of their on-going advice and information (including their regular Zoom webinars) throughout the pandemic has been excellent. In particular the help and advice of Yasin Khandwalla was invaluable in securing our ATOL licence in very challenging circumstances. And my final point would be to echo one of the other reviews - Elman Wall are an accountancy firm with a personality, and that's something I look forward to enjoying as the travel industry recovers from the pandemic.

Congratulations to all at Elman Wall! I have just attended my first Directorâs Summit arranged by your firm and I have been hugely impressed. The day had pace, interest, relevance, humour and demonstrated consummate professionalism. I have taken away some 20 business ideas and will be briefing my staff on several fantastic ideas that were raised in the presentations. My experience of Elman Wall prior to joining you as an Audit client was that you demonstrated good customer relations and communication. Since becoming a client those relations have moved up two more notches and I am looking forward to dealing with you all for a very long time! I wish to goodness I had taken you on as auditors 2 years ago.... âBig mistake....big mistake...huge!!!!â If you ever look to put prospective customers in touch with satisfied clients who would give an honest appraisal of Elman Wall, feel free send them my way as my response would start with âsimply sensationalâ and then I would expand... Elman Wall were recommended to me by a trusted colleague. In all honesty, I was dreading my first meeting, as at only 26 years old, whilst the idea of starting a business was exciting initially, I very quickly came to realise the layers of knowledge I was lacking when it came to the âbehind the scenesâ legal, financial and accounting details which were required. After the meeting, I immediately felt more comfortable, and also learned a very important lesson. I didnât need to understand everything, if I was able to work with people who could explain things in a logical, clear way. Most importantly, I liked and trusted them which was hugely important to me. Iâll save the the middle chapters, but itâs now 11 years later, and I am happy to say Elman Wall were with me every step of the way as I grew my business to a team of just under 50 people, and more recently, also successfully navigated a potentially complex sale process. Theyâre a great team, who genuinely care about their clients and take care and pride over their work. I know my limited initial understanding of the space made me a problematic client at first, but I never felt that way at all. They were always willing to help. Sadly, following our exit, weâve been asked to move to another firm, who are much larger than Elman Wall. This change has really starkly highlighted what a gem of a business Elman Wall is. Thanks to the team there, but a special shout out to Russel who helped us so much during our deal process.
