Excellent service. I literally walked in off the street and the receptionist arranged for Richard Nowicki to give me a call. This was followed up by a home visit. I wanted to make sure that I understood all the options and to make sure I had everything covered. Richard was very patient and professional at all times, despite the time it took me to reach that point! I would also add that I thought the fee charged was very reasonable.

Will writing can seem a bit of a daunting prospect and, lets face it, its not the cheeriest of undertakings (no pun intended). That said, its a pretty important part of everyone's lives to ensure all goes as planned after they're no longer around. I recently decided to go through the process and Elm Financial Management were superb. I dealt directly with Richard Nowicki who was a pleasure to work with and who has has a friendly very disposition which is most appreciated when dealing with fairly serious subject matter. He presented everything in terms I could understand with no legal jargon or unnecessary long-windedness. He was able to answer all of the questions I had and allowed me to supply him with the necessary information at my own pace.
