Polite and never had any postal problems. It's great that on certain days the Post Office closes at 7.00 p.m

My special delivery package never made it to it's destination (fault of Royal Mail not Elm Park PO) and I had lost my tracking number. Mohamed went above and beyond in finding my tracking number in his own time and ringing me with it which has allowed me to locate my package and get it to where it needs to be. Excellent customer care, brilliant service.

Post office staff are disgustingly terrible. Miserable, moody, unhelpful and simply rude. Every time i go there the guy has a disgusting attitude. Like I should know everything and I cant ask questions. It's your job. You don't have to be jolly but just do your job, it seems like he just wants you to leave without getting what you need. Absolutely disgusting service.

Awful staff here. I was treated so badly by the male member of staff who refused to help. He was extremely rude to me, sarcastic and unhelpful. I left here in tears over a simple request. Went to another post office immediately after and was helped with the same request with no issues at all!! DO NOT use this place!!!!

Major revamp on the place is needed. The staff are great but some sort of investment needs to be made for the shop.

If you need anything from the post office don’t even bother using this branch the man is: rude, arrogant and belligerent beyond belief. Something as simple as an international driving permit was what we required for our winter holiday. Not only were we faced with rude shop clerks but they refused our sale against the criteria stated on the official Post office website. We provided identification for the sale by way of Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate and Passport. The Post Office Website clearly states that only a passport is required for ID purposes only for the issuing of the International Driving Permit. Well, the male clerk was so much of a jobs worth he still refused the sale due to the married name being used on the passport. His reason was “If” we were to be stopped abroad. A very BIG “IF” in my opinion. But suffice to say don’t even bother with this branch if it’s anything important. You might as well be speaking to a 3rd World call centre or a Brick wall. One which will cost you in additional petrol and parking for a better service at a better Post Office.

This is a nice place with nice staff, I have been coming here for years however please be weary to check your money when paying cash in as a friend informed me that she had handed over one or two lots of cash and from her perspective had thought that the money had been registered by the post office however when she checked her statement it had not been, she queried this and got no where. Similarly with posting letters abroad, I have had a family member experience the post office not putting sufficient stamps on letters resulting in post not actually arriving at its destination. These are two sets of stories I have been told by reliable individuals, it is not my personal experience. I'd advise customers to be a bit savvy with knowing their small and large stamp differences as on a number of occasions I've been charged for a large stamp when a small stamp would have sufficed. Otherwise friendly staff, always happily greeted and mostly always a good experience here.
