Only place I managed to get a taxi booked for NYE and was a very reasonable price even at double time (Uber wanted £55, Elm Park cabs wanted £24!). I then needed to change the time of pickup which wasn’t an issue. Unfortunately I then had to cancel the taxi as none of us are making midnight after a busy day. I feel terrible about letting a local company down but I will use them again rather than going down the easy route of booking a cab on an app.

We used Elm Park Minicabs for the first time, but was appalled by the behaviour of Basha the driver, he was aggressive and rude. I have never experienced anything like the attitude shown to us and would not feel comfortable using them again

Booked 24 hours in advance but cab never arrived. Phoned and another cab arrived 15 mins later. They had been told wrong destination. Who ever was taking calls was useless. £5 cheaper than Uber but not as reliable.

As a disabled customer, asked for a reasonable adjustment to be made for my disability and was told it wasn't possible. When we called later to cancel (as we change our mind), the operator told us we were wasting his time and hung up on us. Extremely rude service.
