Elm Construction was recommended by a friend who had bought a couple of garden sheds over the years. Viewed and bought an 8 x 8 apex garden shed requesting an amended door size. Phil was very obliging with no extra charge for an larger door. Today the shed was delivered as per schedule following a confirmation call to Liz. The two lads who errected the shed were professional and without fuss. The shed looks great and the shed quality is fine. Looks to be an asset to the garden.

One of our garden fence panels was blown out by Storm Eunice on Friday, and when I got in touch on Mon (yesterday) someone was sent out to quote the job and the panel has been fitted today! Really fast response and flexible since I was out working both times they came round and just got on with the job. Reliable service, really happy 😊

Ordered fencing and was told delivery would be Wednesday 26th May, got a phone call from Elm on Tuesday 18th May to ask could delivery be done on Monday afternoon 24th May to which we agreed, waited all afternoon and they didnt turn up, no phone call to say why. Rang at 9am Tuesday morning (25th May) spoke to Liz to ask why they hadn't turned up. Got no explanation except that they are very busy. Her attitude was "mistakes happen", when I said it's not the first time she said "mistakes happen twice."She suggested we cancel the order and get a refund to which I said no. I was told as far as she new the order had gone out. Communication between office and delivery not good. Customer services appalling. I would not recommend them and would not use them again
