Our house is next door to a Ellison's managed rental property and I'd like to commend Ellisons for excellent service. Firstly, the lovely tenants they have placed in the house must be a delight for the landlord. Genuinely wonderful family, taking great care of the property. Secondly, due to some bad weather, the fence in-between our houses was destroyed. Thank you to Joanne, in the property management team, who had a team at the house within 24 hours of my call. An additional thanks goes to Alex and Francisco who came and replaced the fence, cleared all their rubbish and were a credit to the landlord and Ellisons. Great service from all involved - thank you.

truly excellent estate agent, with a first class service. we sold our flat through ellisons after switching from another local estate agent whose service we were very dissatisfied by. the difference in quality was enormous. what was a very difficult and complex sale was made so much easier by their expertise, dedication and skill. aidan (and sam too) were both incredibly calm, helpful and great at communicating to us, all exactly what is needed in what is a confusing and stressful process. highly recommended!!

I engaged 3 agencies to market my property. One was defeatist and low in estimate, one was flashy with a pitch full of corporate lets/sales, and then there was Ellisons. From our valuation meeting with Aidan, we were inspired by his professionalism and managed confidence, so they were the natural choice. Two viewings later we had an offer for full asking price (from the first viewers!). Don't get me wrong, we put a lot of effort in presenting our place properly for sale, but this was still a great outcome. Really goes to show they are the local experts and have a gift for placing the right people with the right property. From that point on the whole team were great at ensuring that the sale stayed on track, especially in challenging economic times. Dan was fantastic in mediating the details, and Lewis was incredibly helpful anytime we needed to call or pop into the branch. We definitely felt reassured throughout the process. Lewis was the agent managing our purchase and was very helpful and professional throughout despite many difficulties and miscommunications lower down our chain. He helped to communicate clearly with the vendors and to ensure that everything got over the line. He also helpfully arranged for a surveyor and electrician to attend. Compared to our interactions with our own estate agents (Sterlings) and those further down the chain (Sterling Ackroyd), Ellisons were on another level (FAR SUPERIOR!).

Aidan and Lewis dealt with selling our flat. They did a good job, Aidan said they had a buyer lined up even before we decided to go with them. You would think its a just a sales pitch but it came through. Lewis was fantastic, he kept us up to date with the sale where needed. I highly recommend Ellisons.

Phoned Friday regarding a property, was told it was available and I could get a viewing on Monday. I told the woman on the phone if anyone else is interested, phone me and I will put a deposit down to secure it. Phoned Monday morning was told I will get a viewing at mid day. Phoned Back on midday regarding my missed appointment and was told the property has been took and she informed me by email. No email had been sent and no phone call to secure the property as promised. Joke.
