Anne Scott at this establishment is certainly one to be avoided. When my mum was classed as not fit to sign paperwork, this by law (after consultation with the police) has to be verified by à doctor and healthcare worker...she did not follow the protocol, neither noted relevant names.nor kept me updated. Constantly had to phone them. I had an appointement with her, that she presumed i would not keep, as à family member was in hospital. Once again ne contact, I arrived at my alloted time to find SHE had cancelled.....her idea. How unprofessional and disrespecful.. Gave 2 stars as the man on réception was polite and its near to à parking area. My advice try another firm
