I carnt recommend this company enough! They have gone to great measures every step of the way to make sure I was happy, Richard was so helpful even came out to see if I was happy during fitting, the fitters omg what perfectionists I thought I was bad but these to I take my hat off to apsolutley fantastic, there's is nothing I can fault, if you want beautifull curtains these are the guys you need to ring, VERY HIGHLEY RECOMMENDED Thankyou all x

The owner of this shop is unbelievably rude. Wanting to support our local community I called them first. The owner said he didn't want our business and to take it elsewhere. I did - and their competitor was great. I would not recommend Ellis Hyde - unless you like being sworn at.

I live round the corner from the shop so called to see about getting a new custom blind. I was told in the rudest fashion that they were not interested in our business. If this is how they treat their customers it is a miracle they are still in business.
