I needed a place to rent - and fast, and understandably the market is crazy at the moment so I was concerned but the whole team were very transparent with me and quick. I want to give a mention to Daisy and Caroline firstly but also Tom and Adam. (Ruth and Lynn as well - so friendly when you walk in the office!) I feel like I can’t miss any of them out as they were all fantastic! I have had poor service from other estate agents being shown around by miserable staff and turning up late so this was a welcome change. Thank you again.

We wouldn’t be in our new family home if it wasn’t for Ellis & Co, the third agent we used to sell our flat during the pandemic. We mainly worked with Sarah (before we found our new home) and Lynn (sales progressing), and both were always personable, helpful and listened well. Lynn especially helped to get our sale and purchase over the line - a long seven month process with lots of complications and fears the chain would break down, but Lynn went above and beyond any other agent or solicitor in the chain to communicate between all parties and support us to be pro-active. I can’t thank her enough for keeping me sane, hopeful and determined to work with her and get our completion. Thank you!

I loved their professionalism and their polite manner in the way they dealt with me and certainly helped make the process as hassle-free as possible. I would like to make a special mention of Daisy who helped me find a property extremely quickly and explained clearly what the next steps were to help me secure it and move in with no trouble at all. She is now my property manager and she responds to any messages or queries I have within the hour and it is always good news! She is exceptional at her job and is a credit to the company indeed.
