A* Customer service Thank you to Luke for helping me find and fit the right boot for my ski boot fitting. Very easy to book online the service. Luke helped me with a range of boots , educating me with new information which I didn’t know about boots, very helpful and handy. Overall Ellis Brigham has a good range of stock and selection at decent price point, good selection of skis where there is options to trial test some demo skis on the slope at SnoZone, it is handy for students as they provide student discount as well.

Was advised on the telephone that the store was well stocked. Drove from Central London for a fitting to discover there was only one boot in my size. They have a policy of not asking people for their shoe size. Overseen to squeeze me in an unsuitable boot and generate a sale. Please avoid.
