    Incredibly knowledgeable staff who were very willing to share their expertise with me and help me choose a pair of walking boots. They got me on a measuring machine that was able to provide a very accurate sizing of my feet and arch profile, from which they were able to recommend several pairs of boots that would be a good match (and all were). They ordered in a pair I liked in a size they didn't have, with no obligation to purchase, allowing me to test them out first. They seemed un-phased when I mentioned that I didn't like the colour they stocked in-store, pointing me to the website (many shops would have pushed for the in-store sale). I had confidence that every product they had for sale was of good quality, allowing me to then just focus on their relative differences. Will definitely return.

    Similar to the previous reviewer, went for the first time yesterday, and wished I'd been before. I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped me (Tall, young), but his service was top notch. Helped me get some perfect fit walking boots (the terrex ones, over the the too narrow salomon's) and couple of other things. This will be my first port of call for outdoor stuff in the future.
