    I'm giving Ellsmere House a ONE Star because it only takes ONE MEMBER OF STAFF TO SPOIL EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY THE SOCIAL WORKERS WHO THINK THAT THEY ARE GOD, My Best Friend Pat Brody was a resident for 11 Years, sometimes the staff thought that all the visitors had left, to their Horror, I was there and I saw how a minority of Staff were Abusing, how can I put it, The Inmates, of course I went absolutely mental, screaming and abusing the people abusing my Best Friend Pat, they always tried to play it down, NO SHE WAS TALKING TO A MEMBER OF STAFF, I DON'T GET IT, YOU DON'T TALK TO ANYONE IN THAT MANOR, I've seen it all, Familys abandoned Loved Ones, it's a Vicious Circle BUT THEY HAVE TO LIVE WITH THEMSELVES, YOURS TRULY SEÀN MCGUIGAN

    Very unprofessional place of work. I was invited to an interview and unfortunately the line was bad and the phone cut off. Instead of calling back or leaving a voicemail, they then sent me an email to say on this occasion I was unsuccessful. This care home also has a “requires improvement” report from CQC. Please think twice about putting you’re loved one in any care home. Check it out for yourself first! I would not want to work here after that unprofessional experience.
