If I could’ve given this shop no stars at all that’s what they’d have got!!! I took some items to donate, I usually use another charity shop, but decided to use another for a change!! Anyway, walked in said good morning to which I got a huff by one of the volunteers, said I had some things to donate and they were very unappreciative huffed more and then got, oh just leave it there!!!! No please and no thank you!!! Will never go back there again that’s for sure, and maybe some lessons on customer service wouldn’t go amiss!!!! Very sad!!!

Overcharging people for the goods, they charge to much for their furniture and others goods by several hundred times, sad but people who might of bought now cant.

Popped in here at 16:35 today. There were three women in the store chatting at the counter. My friend and I had just walked to the back to look at the glassware and the older lady with the shoulder length blonde bob said ‘ excuse me, yeah we are closing now. You’ve got 5 mins so you need to hurry up’. I looked at her just speechless thinking how can someone have such a bad attitude towards a customer, not even hello, sorry we are closing 20mins early! I’ve never been in this store before and neither will I return. There is some customer service training needed ASAP! She was very rude and one of the other ladies said we was lucky to be in here! So return my friend and I just left. No customer should be spoken to like this.
