The worst agency I have ever had to deal with. From the begging to the end, absolutely horrible communication. First of all since I moved in had no wardrobe in my room, as the last tenant broke theirs and they just didn't bother to replace it. Second of all, when my tenancy I have sent them multiple email!!! About the process of returning my deposit and other questions I had, it was in August, I am ignored to this day. This is not even all the struggle they have it me through. Absolutely the worst agency.
