From start to finish Ian and Laura have been amazing! We had some ideas for bespoke items and they were totally onboard finding out if we could do it all! Our guests commented on our save the dates and invites saying they’re the nicest they’ve seen! Our day stationary was perfect - they were happy to edit and make sure everything was perfect for us! We’re sad the wedding is over because we won’t be seeing their awesome designs now! 100% recommend they were an absolute dream to work with!

Ian and Laura have been fantastic in the service provided. They have created all of our wedding stationery, from invites through to 'on the day' stationery and we will definitely be using them for our thank you cards after the wedding too! Recently ordered our save the date and full wedding invites from the company, overall the quality of the product was to a good standard, however the customer support and service was severely lacking. After ordering the save the dates in ‘blush’, we chose the exact same style, design and template for our full wedding invites. On their description, they stated it would be ‘blush’, however they came and they were purple. After speaking to them, we were informed that it was our fault as they had been signed off by us as looking correct, although it is extremely hard to tell the colours on a digital screen. Plus, we were under the impression we were checking the wording not the actual design that they are responsible for. Silly us for thinking that blush didn’t mean blush and was actually purple. We were then informed that we would need to pay an additional £35 for the re-print. To which they unprofessionally claimed they would not be “making a profit on these”, and is more than “their competitors” would do. Essentially, they had us on their terms and conditions and were not budging on it, making us feel like the ones in error despite them offering a product that was different to the description. This is classic false advertising but they claimed it was because they just “copy and paste” the description from a different product. Additionally, the wrong envelopes were sent and we were missing 20 wax seals (which we were rudely informed we were not entitled to as it was for evening invites). However, they did post these for us - aren’t we lucky. As a couple who has spent near £300 on invites this seemed incredibly harsh and has left a bitter taste in our mouth. We look forward to the response stating we “signed these off so it’s your fault”, which very much feels like an “ahhh we got you” type approach. Edit: in response to the comment made from Elle Bee design, this is the type of attitude that we were met with when making contact. A passive aggressive response that indicates we are not telling the truth. This review is certainly befitting than standard of service we received, please do not alter the story to fit your narrative. This is not a good message to send to customers. The email we have not responded to is you asking for further payment, and telling us the wax seals are suddenly a good will gesture. On the phone it was an error on your part, but now on Google review and email it is a good will gesture. We will not be making any further payment and is the reason the email was not responded to. In essence, we ordered a product described as blush and it came as purple. We then received poor customer service. We will not be responding to this anymore, as going back and forth with a company/customer is never a good look.

Myself and my Husband got married on the 1st April and we ordered all of our stationary through Elle Bee Design. When initially looking for our wedding stationary, we wanted a company who were able to provide Save the Dates, Invitations and all of our Wedding Day Stationary - Elle Bee were able to cater for all of our needs and provide a full stationary package. We felt this was one of a limited number of companies which provides a complete stationary package with a consistent design. We were so pleased with the end result! Ian was so accommodating and replied promptly to all of my emails. The proofing process was excellent and they displayed a high level of attention to detail. I couldn’t recommend Elle Bee Design highly enough!
