As a bathroom supplier we highly recommend this company. Nothing beats their basins for style! Excuse the photo from site (an esuite WIP) but we love the the quality of the green Gaia and were keen to share as it looked so incredible. Elle & James are a friendly and helpful team, always on the end of a phone and their to support. We can't wait to order more products for upcoming projects as their basins really are a show piece! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. James was absolutely charming until l placed an order and paid. I was told the basin would arrive in 4 weeks. I chased the delivery after waiting 6 weeks. I was told there was a two week break for Christmas and I should be more patient! No basin after 7 weeks now and some extremely rude emails from James. Very disappointed. Avoid.
