Ordered £1000 worth of flooring through a local building merchants back in March 2021.....was told there was a delay with delivery and given a date of 17th May, totally understandable under the Covid restrictions at the time. 17th May arrived and still no flooring delivered to the building merchants, they chased on my behalf and was told a delivery date of 2nd June. Went to the building merchants today (3rd June) and still not delivered, again they chased on my behalf and have now been told 15th June for delivery!! I will keep you posted on whether they deliver on the 15th or will it be another broken promise?! Watch this space

We had Rustic Oak 14mm engineered flooring laid through our downstairs by an independent fitter and the fit is perfect. However, it is easily scuffed and gouged by our dogs and hoover so would not recommend this product. Very disappointed because it looks great!
