Absolutely shocking service. Ordered beginning of July, still waiting for it. Been to the wellington square shop every week for the last 6 weeks. Was told it wasn’t there, then 3 weeks ago told it had been archived. I said to the male serving me well if it’s here and archived why are you refusing to give me my order that I’ve paid for. To be told he can’t release it to me. Next week was told it was at the other shop yet they don’t have it. I’ve rang today to be told they’ll ring Richardson road as it’s there, they’ve been saying they’ll ring for 2 weeks now so where is my order! It’s disgusting when my daughter is now being punished in school by her teachers for not having her pe kit or full uniform. They won’t accept that the company providing the uniform aren’t doing their job! I think I’ll give trading standards a call as it’s just ridiculous now especially considering I have paid for this order when I made it.
