You will be hard pressed to find a more inept and ignorant group of people than in this practice. Hardly any wonder they are under observation from authorities. More staff than patients everyday and staff are totally aloof to talking the peasants of Blackpool. No stars if I could.

No complaints here. Very friendly staff & was seen to almost straight away. A member of staff was stood by the reception area to speed things along in the que as the reception staff were occupied. Place was clean & tidy. Dr Anthony Prasanna & his assistant were brilliant and took care of me. Couldn't have had a better experience.

I’d have 0 stars if possible. Shocking service and never seem to get anywhere with them. My father and mother have a repeat prescription, yet everytime it comes to their medication being sent out we are having to phone up and deal with it. For over 6 months this has been an ongoing issue. Receptionist are extremely rude and have no care for their jobs. It should be closed down or replaced with staff that care for their patients !
