  Hollie and Hannah were absolutely amazing and made the whole process of finding a dress and then going through subsequent alterations etc, an absolute joy. I was very nervous but they immediately made me feel at ease. I really appreciated their openness and honesty with regards to the dress and what would work with it regarding accessories, and as a result, I felt confident and very comfortable on my wedding day.   Could not recommend this bridal shop enough. Warm welcome on arrival, details of appointment given straight away. Given plenty of time to look through dresses, with advice offered throughout, at no point were we rushed. Regarding fitting, staff went above and beyond to ensure i could envision myself in each dress I tried on with clips and pins, allowing me to see dresses from the front & back. Sample bridal shoes offered as well as veils. Refreshments given. Shop in general was beautiful and clean, easy to find and parking available on near by streets. Felt completely comfortable throughout my appointment. Extremely pleased with the service I received and so grateful for the incredible help offered when picking out my perfect wedding dress.

  I would recommend Hollie and Hannah in a heartbeat. The dresses are beautiful and they made me feel so relaxed and at ease throughout every appointment I had. They helped me feel a million dollars on the day as my dress was beautiful and they even consoled me when I felt really overwhelmed and there were tears in the shop. Thanks girls for everything.

  Cannot recommend enough. So helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was a bit overwhelmed at the prospect of finding a dress but Hollie was on hand with tips/advice and made the whole experience stress free with absolutely no pressure at all. EL have a beautiful selection of dresses - I found multiple that I would happily have worn on my wedding day - that was the only problem I had - picking between them! By far the best bridal shop I visited in Chester. I will be recommending EL to all of my friends! Thank you so much!

  Hollie and Hannah are amazing! They have a lovely boutique and make the experience feel so special. They have lots of dresses in all different styles. I was looking at a dress in a style I never imagined suiting me, but with their knowledge and guidance I tried it... and it was the one! From having the best Spotify playlist (which I stole many songs from for our wedding playlist!), to helping me choose jewellery, makeup and a hairstyle, and of course helping me pick my dream dress, it was perfect! I can't recommend them enough!

  I had been to a few bridal shops before I visited Elizabeth Louise Bridal and have visited a few since. The shop looked lovely but we really didn't appreciate having to take our shoes off when we got there! (I would have rather this been mentioned on the booking so I could have at least brought socks! Going to their bathroom barefoot didn't sit to well with my or my bridal party.) As one of the only shops in Chester charging an appointment fee, I was disappointed in the service. Firstly, to most brides, a huge part of finding a dress is the experience so a small glass of prosecco (especially when you paid £15 to get in) goes a long way. This was in fact the only bridal shop I visited who didn't offer us a drink (and, out of the 6 I went to, I only had to pay for one other). I felt a little bit conned into giving then £15 for nothing to be quite honest. I even had to ask for a glass of water 4 times for actually getting it (about 40 minutes into the visit) and she still didn't offer one to my bridal party. Secondly, when we were first left to choose some dresses without any guidance (we didn't mind this as we had visited shops previously) but were then left to sit downstairs whilst they said they were finishing with a customer. This customer was never seen to leave the shop and we ended up waiting for around 20 minutes before we were invited upstairs. When trying on the dresses, the lady was helpful but didn't make any suggestions of styles they had in stock to match things I liked and didn't like (something which I found really useful in other shops and would have really helped me to find a dress I liked). All in all, a lovely shop with quite a quirky dress style but it wasn't for me. A little goes a long way and between paying and not even getting a welcome glass of water, having to go to the toilet barefoot and waiting on the floor for 20 minutes despite having an appointment, I also didn't find a dress right for me and probably wouldn't recommend to friends as future brides.

  I can’t thank Hannah and Hollie enough for not only finding me the dress of my dreams, but for making me feel beautiful and confident on my wedding day. From my first appointment, through to my alterations, and until my final fitting they were very professional, patient and provided excellent advice which made me feel very comfortable and confident. The boutique is beautiful and has so many choices of dresses. Hannah and Hollie go above and beyond for their brides and work so hard behind the scenes to make everything perfect. They really are the best on the business! Any future brides looking for the dress of your dreams, I highly recommend visiting Elizabeth Louise. Thank you H&H ✨
