After a heartbreaking morning and awful experience at another bridal shop Elizabeth Kate saved our wedding dress experience. Sitting in the car park after a disaster first dress experience my mum rang up Elizabeth Kate and explained our situation. They were so kind and managed to fit us in before opening time. We got there overwhelmed and holly was so calm and chatted to us about different styles and dresses making us feel so relaxed. Throughout the whole experience she made me beautiful and her knowledge on the dresses was incredible and made me feel a million dollars. Me and my mum had the moment when holly put the veil on me and the afternoon was so so special. Elizabeth Kate again thank you so much can’t believe I said yes to such a beautiful dress! See you in feb for my next fitting xx

I've just said yes to my dress at Elizabeth Kate and I couldn't be happier! It was the first and only place I tried dresses on at and the whole experience was just amazing. Kim and Holly are both the loveliest people you could have to guide you through this slightly daunting but incredible experience. Nothing was too much trouble for them, I tried on LOTS of different style dresses and the dresses here are ALL absolutely stunning!! From booking my appointment, attending and ordering my dream dress, it was a breeze. I bought my wedding dress from Elizabeth Kate after my mum heard very good reviews… from the first appointment to all the alterations the whole team there were brilliant! Kim made me feel so comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. I absolutely loved my dress and would wear it every day if I could. Communication was great throughout and really helpful when making alteration appointments! Would 100% recommend. So nice to get my dress from my childhood village that I grew up in too - despite living away now!

Cannot recommend Elizabeth Kate Bridal enough, my journey lasted nearly 3 years due to covid postponing our wedding dates, I said yes to the dress in Sept 2019 and finally had my day Aug 2022. I went to various other shops looking for a dress and in that time had such a unpleasant experience, Elizabeth kate bridal was the last shop i tried and i really can say i saved the best until last! During my time with elizabeth kate I've lost count how many times I've been to see my dress, had various fittings and made slight changes/add on's to my dress with the excellent help and ideas from Kim, nothing was of too much trouble and Kim never let me leave without a smile. Kim helped my vision and dream become a reality and kept me sane throughout the process of me constantly worrying about little things, she put my mind at ease and helped me to make my dress fit me perfectly, and as self conscious as I am, I felt as stunning as everyone told me on my day! I will highly recommended Elizabeth Kate Bridal to anyone, i love the fact that it is a family run business, who all come together to make you feel so special and not just another customer!
