Very amateurish company and not worth being called pharmacists as they do not double check effectively enough Communication is bad when it comes to getting some complaints or feedback in by phone But then at least it matches the non existent phone options for local services I do like Manchester as a place to have a break, but clearly, like anywhere poor professionalism is far from out of the bounds of possibility Delivery service is apparently very poor according to other review sites but we were not even offered this despite severe physical health issues limiting collection options. The staff move well but whether they care about others mobility is the real cause for concern 2/10 placebos.

If I could give a big fat zero for this company believe me I most definitely would! Their service and customer care is absolutely "apaulling!" Been hanging on the phone for over half an hour now to make a complaint about their other incompitant branch on Broxtowe Lane in Strelley as their rudeness is exactly the same when it comes to serving the poorly general public. No compassion what so ever!" Absolutely disgusting! Let's see if between us we can get this business off of the radar 😉🙏

Well Pharmacies are owned by a Manchester based company. Having read some of the Reviews I conclude that whereas the Head Office staff think highly of their place of work the CUSTOMERS are far from HAPPY. The hardworking , cheerfully and consistently helpfull Loughton team are hard pressed. Their phone is consistently tied up making me wonder how they manage to do any dispensing or re stocking the shelves from the multiple large crates and boxes that arrive daily.!! The new operations manager should get on the case and PRONTO. BEST WISHES TO ALL AT THE SHARP END. WE'VE ALL HEARD ABOUT THE MUSHROOM MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS. " KEEP THEM IN THE DARK AND THROW S***T ON THEM !

my local WELL PHARMACIST in Paignton Corner Place constantly mess up my repeat prescriptions. I am getting worried because in the wrong hands Morphine is a controlled drug which users will pay for on the black market. I get Oral morph and Zomorph every two weeks but so far they have lost 3 prescriptions for Zomorph with no explanation. I am going to raise a complaint with Well Head Office and the Governing body of Chemists. I wouldn't mind but there is 5 staff and 2 Pharmacists working everyday so they have no reason to lose peoples prescriptions . Take my advice and don't use Well chemists use Boots or a non chain chemists.
