If you need genuine help aviod this GP at all costs, They will try to fob you off an be-little you and none of the drs here read any notes so its like you are talking to a stranger everytime you talk to a dr here even when you have an arranged appointment and its dirty inside the building with broken seats and looks like it hasnt been painted since 1995 .

We moved over to this GP 6 months or so ago and I have found them to be very efficient. I've filled in the form online and have always had a response within a few hours and where necessary, been seen on the day. Dr Ramesh also diagnosed appendicitis very quickly for me and even followed up following my operation. I was really impressed by his level of care. Considering all of the pressures in the NHS today, I only have good things to do say about this surgery.

My partner called here for an emergency appointment the other day and was promised a call back by a doctor by midday 3 days on and no one has called! He could’ve ended up dead! You’re better off calling 111 rather than wasting your time at this surgery. The receptionist is rude and dosent care. The mixed race one.

Have had good experiences and when it works, it works (recently given antibiotics by Dr Ramesh that cleared up illness within a day after using Econsult) but the over-reliance on Econsult is poor. Patients are unable to ask simple questions, they don’t even have a feedback option for compliments/complaints on their outdated and unhelpful website. I’d tried to pay a compliment but they don’t have the option. If you are going to be so reliant on a website it needs to be better. This feels like a 10-20 year old website with very poor user experience. It’s all unnecessarily complicated under the guise of being “better and easier”. It feels like an old practice trying to move with the times, badly, and needs a practice manager/quality lead or consultant to review patient experience. The Econsult asks a set number of questions regardless of the simplicity of the request. I understand that this could filter requests and save them time but it’s all done under the assumption that people are able/competent using online service and can either understand all the questions or go through the monotony of answering all the pointless questions. It also feels like it’s set up to refer you to 101/999, as saying “yes” to various ambiguous questions halt the process and advise that your condition is too serious/urgent to be dealt with by them. (This has happened every single time I’ve used it). My in person/phone experience with the staff themselves has always been good but the website/Econsult is woefully inadequate.

With the e-consult service, I have never known a more efficient medical practice! Fill in the form and I hear back from GP within half an hour. Excellent service.

If I could give it no stars I would, but the receptionist in this GP are just rude!!! I spoke to Ann and all becuase I said I have the same role so I know the procedures as she was talking to like I didn't know what I was talking about. She started shouting and telling me she don't care about my occupation and that I'm just trying to prioritise myself when all I asked was what sample. You work in a line of work where you are here to help and support and if this is how patients get spoke to or treated then its definitely not the line of work for you..... And I'm not the only one that's complained about this so I will be contacting PALS & CQC
