Highly recommended. Eliza is knowledgeable and professional. Direct from the start about what would be needed to achieve the best results, rather than hooking me in with a shorter course of treatment then needing to extend it. Having had only one treatment before lockdown Eliza was also very understanding when it took a long time to re-start treatments (due to living with someone who was extremely vulnerable) honouring the original price. I have just had a total of 11 sessions with Eliza for laser hair removal on my legs, bikini area and under arms and am so happy and impressed with the results. My hair type is quite thick and dark and I have very fair skin so I was intrigued to see how effective this procedure would be but it has worked so well. We started off with 8 sessions and then I had an additional 3. Eliza was kind enough to pause my appointments for 10 months as I ended up having a baby during the course of the treatment.
