AGAIN they haven't arrived to fulfil their contracted appointment! I am absolutely fuming. There are 7 properties they are meant to service/sweep in our road alone. Plus other properties in and around the area. My appointment was a follow up, one has waited a YEAR to have her repair finished ! Another is STILL waiting to have the chimney swept! Another is awaiting a new chimney flue, and my flue was 'plonked' on top without being safely secured. Excuse after excuse. This is now being furthered on to complaints with Trading Standards along with the residents affected seeking compensation for loss of earnings as time from work has been lost AGAIN!! I booked with Elite after reading many recommendations for them on Facebook, plus they were local. The lady doing the booking was friendly, knowledgable and answered any questions I had. The engineer that came out was called Dave, such a friendly and professional guy, who explained what he was doing, as he was doing it and again answered all my questions.
