Very friendly service. Elite spa had a promotion of £40 for a hammam, was worth the promotional rate. In reply to your message my 1 star is not a mistake, the only mistake was your female employee asking me if I wanted a happy ending on my second visit. Is this a wh*** house or a spa and hammam ? This happened on my second visit and this is the reason I have given 1 star rating.

I had Hamam today I always go to this place but today my hamam was lady call Elina she was amazing scrubbed me great fully she is the best in staff she is extremely experienced in scrubbing I highly recommend her please request her if you looking for shinny clean skin thanks Elina you are amazing

It was the first time I had used this spa and have never had a Hammam spa before, the Hammam Spa scrub done by Sameera was excellent, she scrubbed my whole body with a mit and then even washed and conditioned my hair! What a fantastic experience! I then had a deep tissue massage done by lovely Vanessa, the massage was so relaxing and my body felt so light afterwards.. amazing hidden place, definitely check it out.

I went last Sunday with my partner thinking will have a good time However I didn't get what I was expecting with the amount of money I paid . First the jacuzzi wasn't working than we went to sauna room and it wasn't hot enough. Second we went for deep tissue massage and it was the worst ever we had . I wouldn't recommend any one to go because I asked to talk with manager to complain and the staff told me he is not there and they were unhelpful So I'm sharing my bad experience so you know what will you get .
