Excellent service, came out to do a survey; sadly I couldn't have another gas fire due to change in regulations and my situation. Mark sent me pictures of a choice of electric stoves by e-mail, and answered my queries. Mark and Jason came to fit it and went to the trouble of filling the hole from old flue with stones, rather than putting in a metal plate behind the fire, to match up with what was already there. Very neat job, really pleased with it. They put sheets down, and cleared up all the mess afterwards. Thank you for such good customer service.

Very professional, and clean from start to finish and responded quickly to rectify a minor issue, and an excellent price. would highly recommend.
