Rang to arrange to see a few cars, which they told me I could if I came later than my original appointment which I did. Got there and only 1 car was available and it wasn't even ready. Got in and there were warning lights on and a horrid mouldy seatbelt, despite having days to prep this car for me. Test drive consisted of a couple of turns round town, never went above 20. I think they didn't think I was serious about buying so I took my business elsewhere.

i recently purchased a 2010 lexus RX450H, full dealer history, immaculate, at a fair price, and they offered me a higher price on my part ex then anyone else did. i called the Lexus main dealer who had been servicing the car for the past 8 years or so and they told me everything they had done on the car and that it had been properly looked after and everything done as per the book and had its full service done may last year and some other bits. car is perfect basically and im happy with it. the reason i have deducted a star is as follows: they can be hard to get hold of, although they have always called me back later in the day and done everything they have promised i do think they should invest in a proper receptionist to arrange viewings and car collections. i was double booked by accident on the day i had to collect my car so had to go 2 hours later than originally planned, no big deal at all but worth mentioning regardless. Also the area they are in and the premises makes business there more difficult, the road is a nightmare and there are cars everywhere; a sea of lexuses/lexi parked both legally and possibly illegally in places. you will struggle to find parking and will likely have to pay by ringing up. the experience of going there made me feel uneasy initially but thats not down to them personally at all, just the area and the way they have to conduct business in that location. in my head if im spending 5 figures on a car i want to feel a certain way about it and the area detracts from that. they reserved the car for me without asking to put any money down as they knew i was serious and trusted i wasnt going to waste their time, i had already dragged my family and 5 month old baby up there from 50 miles away to look at the car which isnt a decision i took lightly. they also put a proper fitted rubber boot liner in the back of the car for me too, and its a high quality one, not some thin plastic one off ebay. in addition to this their valeting guy is very good at his job, all the cars we viewed were clean and detailed, much better than i have seen from any other car dealership. i havent had any problems with the car yet so cant speak for their aftersales, although RAC warranties are not worth the paper they are written on in my opinion so i didnt even discuss it with them, id like to think they would have 3 months at least of their own warranty that they would adhere to should something arise but i dont anticipate ill ever find out. they are definitely doing something right though, if i was setting up a used car business i would be specialising in lexuses that have full main dealer history, anyone who knows anything about cars should know that a well looked after lexus will be a safer bet than any other car make on the used market and unlikely to end up with a dissatisfied customer. overall i think if they had a separate person answering phones and organising, and a more convenient/larger premises id give them 5 stars based on my experience. cheers

Great experience buying a used Lexus rx450 with Elite Motors. Relaxed approach to sales, no pressure to buy, just honest appraisal of the car I was considering. The condition of the car, given its age, was incredible. Valeted to within an inch of its life! Excellent service all round. I had a minor problem after I’d bought the car and this was resolved quickly and without question. If you are looking for a used car they are highly recommended.

I bought the vehicle on September 4, 2021, after 1 month the vehicle did not pass the MOT, it took 5 months to repair, but the vehicle had other problems and they gave the vehicle again with temporary repairs and now there are serious problems again, I am fighting legally to return the vehicle
