Words can’t sum up the level of service that Elite Marquees gave to our event. A simple request of a Wedding Marquee was all we expected, little did we expect them to constantly go the extra mile for us. You can truly tell their entire team are trained from their professionalism, organisation, event management and acumen. The team arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were very courteous of their surroundings. They assessed our open space, giving us recommendations as to what we needed and how we can utilise our layout ( they even went to the extent of creating a 3D rendering of how everything will look). They then got to work, methodically in the most efficient manner. Bespoke raised wooden flooring first, marquee structure next, followed by the decor and finishing touches. Throughout the planning meetings, they even had a sample palette of carpet colours they have! Their reputation proceeds them. Every vender we had could tell this was an Elite Marquee finish. Our dedicated Events Manager at Elite personally managed all our venders of whom they all knew. I can’t recommend the Elite Team more. From their marquee engineers, event managers and technicians. They gave us great confidence throughout and we truly knew we were in safe hands. Keep up the great work, we will be booking with them again next October 2024!
