    Elite is one of the best companies I have worked for. Started of as a Live in Carer for the company. From the first phone call with the Manager to then being put into a placement and meeting with the service development manager, I felt 100% supported and appreciated. Even though some would class it as lone working I felt as if I was still part of the team and knew they are only at the end of the phone if I ever needed anything. They put the clients needs first but also ensure that thier carers are looked after too.
