I spent over £10,000 with this company and when i phoned and asked if they would cut 1 straight line in a piece of granite that i would bring to them and be willing to pay for , they refused. After i moaned about the refusal they promised the manager would call me back , which surprise surprise they never did. I phoned a different company (granite land , halesowen )who did the cut for me no problem whatsoever. Thats who i will use from now on. Very poor showing from elite granite.
