Absolutely awful company. I used them for my tuning files as they promised me the world on day one. Nothing but bother since that day. Spent alot of money on a tool namely £2000 and expensive files to add to that. The amount of times files didn't work, took hours to come back sometimes days, poorly altered files with things like ADBlue and EGR deletes not even being deleted and customer having to go elsewhere to get that done and paying again. To top of this awful experience i requested to move my tool to another company, now bearing in mind one of the reasons i moved to this company was the poor service from my last one and the large amount of money to release the tool. This company told me they would never charge to release a tool. Yet the reply to my request was "we will release for £600" To summarise. This company are pathetic, not customer orientated, make false promises, extremely poor tuning files lucky for it to work at all. **Avoid this company like the plague**
