I have noticed some things about this garage. 1. They always over-charge for their services and try to sell you something else. 2. Don't believe them when they say leave your car with us to check, they will charge you for the check without pre informing you. KWIK-Fix are more honest than this garage. On entering the shop I was baffled by the sheer number of wheels on display but the service I got was first class from finding the wheels for my car (Saab 9-5Aero) to arranging for a local tyre shop to fit them on for me as they were too busy even taking the new alloys to the tyre shop for me, customer service was spot on, well recommended

Almost good but. Went in because car wasn’t driving well re tracking + geometry. Drove for nearly an hour each way as wanted to go somewhere decent and saw good reviews / equipment here. I reported a knocking at the front end and asked for it to be checked before tracking was done as tracking would be pointless if suspension work was required. I was encouraged to go ahead with the tracking before on the basis that the suspension would be checked on a different ramp afterwards and was told the tracking could be redone for free within two weeks if they found any subsequent issues. Tracking was done but when I asked about the suspension inspection I was told they didn’t have time. I now have no way of inspecting the suspension other than taking to a different garage. Overall with waiting time this took up 4.5 hours of my day and I still don’t know if there are issues with the car. At this stage it isn’t about the money or being offered to come back, it was a total waste of time and I can’t get that back. The guy who did the work seemed like a nice guy but that doesn’t really help me now. On a minor note I was also told the coffee machine was broken and to go down the road to get one from a cafe but when I got back somehow all the staff had coffees from the machine.

Never again. Chatted about the tyres with ones of the guys on the front desk, picked up the set, agreed time when I have to bring my car for fitting, I had to take my car, go to collect alloys from different place, and when eventually I turned up at the time agreed, I was told that now to many customers turned up, and they wont be able to fit it now, as they closing soon. Thats Ridicolous! I wasnt bother to waste my 2 hours just for fun, if you wasnt promissed me that! Avoid! Service: Tires
