Sorry I've had to give them even one star. We did not choose this company, the council put them in place but even when we complained they would not stop them going to our mother's. Only one carer was good, others stopped only 3 minutes on half hour visits and didn't do anything for mom. Didn't wash or shower her, didn't even speak to her, just sat with their phones for the half hour. Could not get them stopped coming to mom's even though we complained many times over many months, had to put cameras in mom's house. We have got one suspended on our photographic evidence so do not use this company. The only way we got them stopped is that mom was admitted to hospital! We still haven't paid their bills as we are disputing them. Untrained, unqualified and uncaring anything but 'carers'. You have been warned!

very happy with the services and especially the care worker. Naz is the best. She is always on time and looks after my mom like her own. I do not normally put up a review but the peace i get with elite is different. I was so scared after her falls that i was spending a lot of time with mom and that was effecting my work life. But thanks to the excellent support from elite I feel so lucky to have them.
