Agreed to take a booking for a family with a one year old, company to provide car seat. Car seat was poor quality, driver did not know how to use it, said not his responsibility. Do not use if require a car seat.

Called them in regards to chauffeuring as it seems they have written chauffeurs on the profile and everything; the first he says in response to me: ‘Where are you calling?! This is a minicab office’, then hangs up. Rude customer service and the reviews now make sense I guess, won’t say the whole company is bad because I haven’t used them but that initial impression was not good
