I made an order about three and half months ago. In the order was four products and every of them have been in stock. I have not received my order and it is still in processing mode in the account on the website. I have asked several times reason for that and the seller has a new explanation every time. At first time they said that one of the products was out of stock and they promised to refund it and dispatch the order in the same week. A few weeks later they said that it was just shipped and returned back because some paperwork problems and promised re-ship it in the near future. They still have not ship it. I have asked several times about the refund and cancellation of the order, but apparently it is not ok for them. I would have really needed the products earlier and this made my plans difficult. Now they don't even respond to email. I don't know what this is about, I think it sounds like a mild fraud. I have also ordered three times before without any problems.

Been a customer of Elite car care for many years. The many years is the key words here. I’ve been a customer for products (mail order & walk in). Mail order always on time. Prices are competitive but even if they’re slightly higher than the competition the service is exceptional and that matters. As a detailing customer I’ve had paint correction, ceramic costings and PPF and it’s been done to an exceptional standard (4 years and counting and it’s still good!)
