I would highly recommend Satish. The whole service was fantastic from beginning to end. Communication was excellent, the fact that she came to my house was hugely convenient and her work was great. She took my dress in and helped me fix the straps that I wasn't sure about, giving me advice on what my options were. She is very knowledgeable and clearly very experienced at what she does. It was a pleasure using your service Satish. She took my adjustment only once and that was enough for her. The next time I tried on my wedding dress, it fitted perfectly. I tried on my dress 3 weeks before the wedding day to make sure it still fitted and it was absolutely fine. Satish was an absolute legend and I can't thank her enough. Outstanding professionalism, skill, commitment, flexibility, expertise, and great communication! She bent over backwards for me. My first wedding dress arrived late and felt awfully tight without any wiggle room. She did what she could and did it well but with only a couple of weeks left before my wedding I decided to buy a more comfortably fit dress off the rack which she so very very kindly agreed to rush another alteration for me when she was already very busy in peak wedding season. She did an amazing job for both dresses. The second dress fitted perfectly and I was so appreciative that she truly went out of her way to make sure I had a dress I felt comfortable and beautiful in.
