He sell a ticket as a ride at any time, but I can't even contact him. I bought the ticket a month ago and confirmed it, but I can't contact the company .The way that pre-purchase vouchers and redeem it later make overbooking because there is no date you want and the days of the week that people want are similar. Where there is not even a single staff member to answer the phone to a very terrible system. A place that is very disappointing and spoils the entire trip, planting a negative image in Bristol. Even the office that went to Google Maps doesn't exist in the middle of the river

Amazing experience, great company, could not recommend highly enough. Matt, Clive and everyone we dealt with (including the ground crew) were all amazing from start to finish. They were very accommodating throughout and applied no pressure when we were unable to achieve the flight within the original timeline. On the day the experience was first rate and thoroughly enjoyable. I can’t speak highly enough of this company and if you read my reviews of other establishments you will appreciate I am not one for praise unless it is due.
