    There's a constant turnover of the management team / staff which leads to many changes with repetition of mistakes as each manager tries to make their mark which is clearly visible with the very poor Health and safety, staff wellbeing , it was also an extremely hot building to work in to the degree staff had to prop open emergency fire doors with brooms for fresh air to enter the factory. Personal hygiene is also a massive problem here, bearing in mind Elis customers include the Health industry, hotels, etc. I felt quite let down with only being supplied with safety shoes, no t-shirt, trousers, jumper, or coat . Lots of 5 stars with one review I notice... This is an honest review . I won't be leaving this review on for long due to the embarrassment of once working here .

    Had a job interview here, first of all was given the wrong postcode which did not help trying to get there on time. Arrived at the interview to be told that you have to be 18 to work there even though it does not mention anything about age requirements on the job description and then never mentioned it to me. Very unhappy and it was a complete waste of time me making sure I was free for an interview and making my way all the way there. Poor recruitment process.
