Terrible service. Ordered the 15th of February, finally dispatched 2nd of March. Apparently they were missing products, fair enough but if you can't supply a order do not take the money!. It was apparently finally dispatched 2nd of March, yet no tracking numbers have been attached to my order. It's now the 10th of March and still no order. Not getting back through website messages not facebook, no one answering the phone had to order from another supplier x2 during this wait period and I've lost out on 22 pound *10/3/21Finally answered the phone and say they are going to chase it. 15/03/21, no call back after being chased as promised. 23/03/21, have messaged on fb, on website and called their store. No luck and no product. 24/03/21, someone responded to my Facebook post and dm and told me my order had been sent on the 23/03/21. 25/03/21 Product finally received, I absolutely love their juice, but there is no way I will ever order from them again.
