Highest reviews are from elim employees only! There's no support they just want the paperwork right.. My mental and physical health has declined massively. They stress you out with a warning system, no consideration for mental disabilities, do what they want done, don't do what you need done. I will be homeless again because of this poorly ran company, also been put on heavy meds due to not coping well with all the stress it has brought me

Very very rude staff. They talk down to an autistic client, then when he says about it he is dismissed and made to believe it’s all in his head. They way they speak to people is pure rude and disrespectful. They have no care or consideration to anyone with mental health or other disabilities. It’s disgusting.

Run an absolute mile. I've lived next to the neighbour from hell for 5/6 years and Elim has done NOTHING. My mental health has deteriorated including a trip to A&E by ambulance with chest pains and there is no care what so ever. The neighbour is very clearly protected despite her behaviour. Complaints are ignored or the rules don't apply to her. I went to the ombudsman and nothing changed infact its gotten worse. I've never known a housing association to be so corrupt, out of touch and useless and that doesn't come close. Just don't get involved with them they are bad news.

Elim Housing is an absolute joke! In the 3 years I have been living in the property. I've experienced anti-social behaviour, unsanitary environment in all communal areas, someone being viciously stabbed out the front of the property, and have had my mental state going completely backwards to more worse than ever. Seen the staff change or quit on more than 2 occasions. I recommend anybody to stay away from this association. I've started legal proceedings.

Not happy with them as been living there for 3 years and from the first year I have been living in mould and damp and that now caused me a breathing problem and other health issues. I’m paying almost £400 a month to live in damp and they basically don’t care about their tenants at all.
