At the airport Qatar airline changed my flight time from Doha back to London on short notice without informing me. At the airport I was told my flight had already left. I called Eligasht from the airport and they managed to get me another flight as it was the airline's fault. Outstanding customer service! I recommend this travel agency to everyone

This travel agent should be avoided at all. I went there there to buy an airline ticket and witnessed a member of staff eating while serving a customer. The place was exteremly dirty and it looked like as if it has NOT been cleaned for a very long time. The staff member was so unwelcoming and using his mobile phone whilst we were talking!!! I therefore decided to purchase my ticket elsewhere as I did NOT see this people capable of helping in case of emergency or any other issues with my ticket later on . I do not think this people have any clues as to what they are doing, and their payment system if a big FAT jokes... I hope this poor experience helps people to give their hard earned cash to well deserved travel agent. AVOID IT AND YOU WOULD BE HAPPY
