I purchased a heater for our pool and the service from Paul was outstanding, he talked me through the process prior to me buying. After I purchased I had a small issue which he talked me through it and sorted it straight away, he was always available and I can’t fault the company. It was like buying something 30 years ago and getting a proper service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Will be recommending them 👌🏻👌🏻
