Should not be in business. This is months ago but it still upsets me when I see their busses driving around the area. - Handed in a tux shirt which I needed for a wedding 2 weeks later (plenty of time you would think?) - Shirt was fine but came back after 10 days with industrial sized stains - Firstly they tried to say that it was already there - Then they said they would try and take care of it but it wouldn’t be in time for the wedding. - I therefore had to buy a brand new shirt - Adding insult to injury, (and there with in my mind confirming that they were responsible), they never called me back and I never saw my shirt again. - I am out of pocket £35 (which is wildly expensive for dry cleaning a shirt, nothing fancy) and a new tux shirt. Not sure how they are still here unless its a different kind of laundering business

I wanted two silk blouses dry cleaned, asked them how much this will cost. The guy said £ 70 which is ridiculous. I just walked out and brought it to my usual Dry Cleaners!

Two items have been collected without our knowledge/ consent, I suspect that an employee at the St. Johns Wood branch colluded with a criminal to fraudulently obtain the high valued jackets. The branch manager is being evasive: refusing to answer my calls whilst constructing absurd excuses. I will shortly be reporting the incident (along with my suspicion) to the police. Update: I can confirm that the matter has been reported to the police. The Metropolitan Police Crime Reference Number is 6507767/20. All I currently seek is the CCTV recording of the incident!!
