1st visit, burger was actually excellent. The 2nd walk in visit I waited at the front of the kiosk for over 30 mins, was given 2 completely incorrect burgers and no spice on my fries, the burgers were way below the initial standard I was told due to a trainee chef. 3rd visit, the veggie burger has to be said was very nice..the beef patty however was near raw pink, chewy and FULL OF GRISTLE! I wanted a refund, but for the last 2 days their given phone number has been going straight to a GiffGaff voicemail. I feel very upset as my willingness to be supporting a local business was thrown in my face by a blasé, lackadaisical attitude contradictory to claims and branding about being passionate about food. I should have read the warning signs, when I was told the reason for not having tomato as an option.. is that the chef is incapable of slicing them. The inconstancy is not acceptable, especially when paying premium prices in these diffcult times. Now leaving this review to save others potentially wasting their hard earned money.

We tried Eli’s for the first time yesterday, and I’ve got to admit the food was insane!! This place has a lot of potential the prices are decent also and it’s really filling. The place is still in transition so there ain’t a lot of space but who cares Will deffo be returning!! Well done guys 5 school friends who put there ideas together and made a business out of it!!

I think this place has a lot of potential, but always seem disappointed. Normally order a burger but always quite stale buns so I ordered a wrap (meant to include lettuce, cheese + Mayo) literally been sent a piece of chicken in a plain wrap no sauce no cheese no lettuce, idk how this acceptable. Will also say some of the better wings in the local area so gotta give them that
