OMG. I have just had the same experience as the person posting a previous review regarding the rude female receptionist This receptionist has a very ugly customer service manner, down right rude and the wrong attitude for a person who is at the front line of a business. Elgamec are committing business suicide if they keep this rude woman in her job. I will not use this company to do any work for me. The unfortunate experience I had has been captured on my helmet mounted camera.
