Purchased a package. Managed to do one of the treatments and then showed up for a following one. I then ended up under investigation for a long term health condition. They said they couldn’t continue the treatment because of this and the medication I was on. Said I could restart with consent from my medical professional. None of the consultants were unwilling to do so as they said they were unfamiliar with the treatments. Ultimately I have now gone in remission but still don’t have consultants sign off - they did say try a patch test which I asked Elevatione if I could and wasn’t taken up so I then reverted to asking what alternative treatments I could have as if you know their prices it’s quite the investment. Now Elevatione say I have to provide proof my medical consultations said I wasn’t able to have the treatments. Total waste of money and whatever you do don’t phone them - put it all in writing.

I cannot recommend Stacia enough. As a PoC I have struggled to find someone who understands the nuances of our melanin rich skin. She absolutely does. Invaluable advice, extremely knowledgeable, wonderful treatment and a hoot to boot! I felt absolutely spoiled! 10 ⭐️ to her and some of the other ladies that looked after me. I have now concluded my treatment and I will say that the treatment worked for me. I definitely saw an improvement in my hyperpigmentation from acne scarring. As for the treatment prices, I have now researched and found that the price discrepancy is not justified in my opinion. A standard round of micro needling treatment is around £150-£220, however if you have the same treatment at Elevatione it works out to £312.50!!!! You may not appreciate this when signing up as it is broken down into 13 payments for 8 treatments. You will also end up in a situation where you are paying for treatments for 5 months after your treatments have ended! There is far better value elsewhere. That being said, microdneedling has definitely worked for me. I'll just take it up elsewhere.

Be watchful as the receptionist Simone is extremely unhelpful and doesn’t answer the calls and disconnects the calls, gives wrong information and not happy to help,she is indeed a disgrace to the company and letting the whole team down and should not be associated with the brand as it’s tarnishing the image of the brand,she was extre rude and unhelpful and also lied stating there is no manager available until next year and the salon is closed which is not true when I speak to customer service team,I hope this is been looked into so that we as customer don’t face issues like this

I had gone for a promotional treatment. They ask you to pay the discounted price and I had to ask 5 times for a receipt before I got one. The place is fine but will overload you with information that you cannot process immediately. You will be told to message them on WhatsApp to get consultation notes and will be told repeatedly to not call them but send a WhatsApp message. Once you will send the message, they will tell you they cannot share notes until you become a member. This hidden clause is not mentioned at any point in the 2 hr session and only told when you follow up on WhatsApp. In all honesty, they can do better by keeping things transparent from the 1st minute itself instead of doing this shoddy thing. I don't wish to spend my hard earned money and that too on my face where the place has shown dishonest behavior in the very first meeting. I don't doubt their treatments but I certainly don't trust their behavior and what other hidden clauses can be there once you are mid flight into a treatment.
