He is very knowledgeable and warm with a positive way with words, this gave me comfort and allowed me to trust him with his recommended treatment. It was an ok experience. I went for a consultation , initially I was excited to speak to someone about ideas for a new look but the overall experience was underwhelming. I was 10mins late for my consultation and because it was busy, I had to come back 2 hours later. But there wasn’t really anyone available to speak to me properly, I ended up having to wait almost an hour for a 5 min consultation, and I still had to pay for the consultation which just felt like something that could’ve been done over the phone. Although the person I spoke to was lovely, my experience didn’t feel that great because of all the waiting plus the “consultation” happened whilst they were doing someone’s hair so it felt rushed ironically. So, I wasn’t really made to feel special and it didn’t make me want to come back to spend £367 which was what they quoted me.
