  I recently had a lower face and neck lift with Elena, not at East Grinstead, but at The Welbeck Hospital in London. I was very nervous beforehand and Elena and her staff were very good at taking my concerns seriously and allaying my concerns. In reality the whole thing went very smoothly and I am extremely pleased with the result. Elena is more than a skilled plastic and reconstructive surgeon; she is an artist and can make her work look entirely natural.

  I highly recommend Elena as a Surgeon for breast lift and reduction surgery. She has been amazing from start to finish. During my first consultation she made me feel at ease and calmed my nerves immediately. I booked a consultation due to a congenital condition I had that had caused severe asymmetry with my breasts. Elena was very professional, friendly and informative and also asked me many questions. I was shown before and afters of her previous patients and was amazed by her skills as a surgeon. I was given options which she drew visually on some paper which gave me a great understanding of the surgery and technique used. I walked away from the consultation excited and very informed and booked a surgery date with Elena shortly after. On the day of my surgery I was very nervous but Elena and her team were very calming and made me feel very comfortable. Since having my surgery I have much more confidence in my body and my self esteem has got so much better and am very happy with the result. I’m forever grateful to Elena and her team ❤️

  I booked a consultation with Dr.Prousskaia last March just before the real lock down took place. The consultation was okay but felt like a sales pitch when I was offered a cheap option or a more expensive up sale alternative. It was an evening consultation with a room full of women waiting to be seen by her. Due to covid I understood there would be severe delays but was keen to follow up with the second meeting given the cost of the initial consultation. Her office insisted they would get back to me with an appointment but never did. (that was after 4 polite emails over quite a period if time) I gave up and never heard back. Goodbye consultation fee and any confidence in her/her team.

  I met with Elena during summer 2020 via Skype and knew immediately I wanted her to be my surgeon. We discussed a tummy tuck procedure along with muscle tightening. Elena was thorough, very honest and knew she was taking on a challenge as I had lost a considerable amount of weight which left me with a lot of lose skin tissue. She was approachable and so kind and I’m sure was aware of how self conscious I was about my body, but I soon very very comfortable and was put at ease. The surgery results were superb, they certainly exceeded my expectations and have contributed to the confidence I have gained since, I could not be happier! So with that in mind I have decided to have another liposuction procedure on other areas...and I want Elena to be my surgeon again of course!

  I visited a couple of Surgeons before meeting with Elena at the free initial consultation, I knew very quickly that I wanted Elena to be the surgeon to carry out the procedure I was wanting (Mastopexy without implants). I was impressed with her professionalism, bedside manner and attention to my needs and feelings. I was made to feel relaxed and was given plenty of information. Each stage of the process was carried out with care and attention to detail. Everyone at Mcindoe was helpful and kind. I would highly recommend Elena and have done already. A very talented woman who has given me my breasts back after two breast fed children.

  If only I'd known about Elena years ago. I'd been wanting to have the operation since I was diagnosed with Tuberous Breasts in puberty. They'd always been a source of intense insecurity and affected my relationships. I came across Elena after having the McIndoe Centre recommended to me. Her before & afters were the best I'd seen as they were all beautifully natural and in-proportion. I felt in safe from my first consultation with Elena. She is honest, professional and extremely thorough in her process. The care I received has been superb and her team were brilliant, both in the hospital and administratively. I'm five weeks post-op now and can already say that the results are better than I ever could have imagined. They look like they were always meant to be mine! I'd recommend Elena to anyone who is looking for the best possible experience, but especially to those who are looking to have correction surgery for Tuberous Breasts.
